DO I NEED TO TAKE A PIC WITH A BLUE BACKGROUND OR CAN YOU EDIT IT?
We edit each photo regardless of the background color. Therefore, a blue background is not necessary.
I ACCIDENTALLY FILLED THE FORM OUT WRONG, IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN CHANGE IT?
No, the information that is filled out in the forms is exactly what you get. We advise customers to double check the information prior to submitting anything as we are unable to make any adjustments to the order once it has been submitted.
DO YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO SEND INDIVIDUAL ORDERS FROM A GROUP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
No, If you wish to have orders sent out to a different address you will need to check out each time before placing an other order that requires a different shipping address. Please keep in mind if you are shipping to only one address, then we advise you to check out once all forms are filled out for each order.
DO YOU SEND FREE DUPLICATES WITH EACH ORDER?

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ID?
Although we aim for 7 day turnaround time, we ask that our customers please allow up to 2 weeks prior contacting us. All of our orders are shipped First Class mail, which typically takes between 1-3 days depending on location and weather. However there are faster shipping methods available when at the check out menu for customers with a deadline.
HOW CAN I OBTAIN THE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MY ORDER?
Due to security measures, we DO NOT disclose any tracking information unless it has been a total of 14 business days since your initial order. In this case please contact our CsRep with your order number and any additional information.
WHY DOES THE PAYMENT STATUS FOR MY ORDER STILL SAY UNVERIFIED?
Please always make sure you send additional $1 OR $2 more than what the transaction requires. BTC fluctuates on a regular basis so there is a chance you may not have sent enough BTC at the time of the transaction.
HOW DO I PURCHASE BITCOIN? DO YOU ACCEPT ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT?

Yes, every order we produce comes with a scannable barcode and correctly programmed magnetic strips that are automatically encoded with your personal data.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME STANDARD WITH ULTRAVIOLET(UV) INK?
Yes, all of our products are produced with invisible ultraviolet ink to match the correct security feature image that each ID requires. Please note that these images only appear in the presence of a UV light source.
I have yet to receive my order and it's been __ days
If you have not received your package, please contact us after it has been a total of 14 business days since your initial order. Please keep in mind that there are some issues that are out of our control but we will do our very best to assist you in every way shape or form!
Whats your shipping time like?
Our shipping takes an average of 2 to 3 weeks. Please do not ask for order updates unless 14 days or more have past since the time of your order being confirmed.
Will i receive a confirmation email after i submit my order / my order confirms?
For now you will not. We are working on adding this feature however in your account section under your orders you can view if your order status has changed to payment confirmed or not. If it has then you are 100% good and your order is now being processed :)
What's your stealth like?
We ship our IDs inside pretty basic things because of the fact that we ship domestically. This means if your parents or someone looks hard enough they may find your order so try to stay on the look out!

How do i send you a Western Union payment?
Sending a western union payment is quick and easy! Western union locations generally, can be found in your local supermarket at the customer service desk. They can also be found at places like CVS, Wallgreens, Kmart, Food lion, Publix, some larger gas stations and more. Do not use the Western union application to send us your payment! Once you are there simply ask the clerk for a form to send a western union payment. You will then be required to fill out generalized information such as, receiver first name, receiver last name, receiver country, amount to be sent, ect. After filling out this information which will be provided to you on the checkout screen of our website you will be required to fill in additional information. You MUST send your payment via " Money in minutes ". You also MUST NOT choose to send your payment with a security question. You MUST also choose the " cash pickup at agent location " option. ***************************************************************************************************************************************** Once you have completed the form simply hand it back to the clerk. When sending a western union transaction you do not need to be 18 years old or older. However you must be to pickup a western union transaction. Will your ID's work for instate use?
We believe that quite a few of our best products will work instate. However, we do not condone using any fake id instate as no matter how good the fake, it increases the risk factor and may result in you losing your fake.
My fake got taken, can you give me a free one?
Sadly, we do not offer free id's for people who have had their IDs taken. This is why we include a free duplicate which can be used as a backup in the event that you lose one of your IDs.
It's been 24 hours and your CS still has not responded. Whats up?
This is normal. Please allow our CS up to 72 hours to get back to you as he receives many questions. We hope you will try to send him the least amount of questions possible as his workload is already large.
